JEFF ROSS President

Jeff Ross is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Industrial Distribution and an MBA from the University of Houston. Jeff has 22 years of sales, marketing, and plant management/operations experience.

Jeff has an extensive material handling, storage equipment, and industrial hose background from prior positions with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and The Stanley Works. His leadership role involves a few key concepts as follows:

• Providing superior service as you would like to be treated!
• Having good character and doing what is right when nobody is around.

Jeff will continue to work with all employees to ensure the concepts are understood and followed as the company continues to grow.

Jeff lives in Brenham, TX with his wonderful wife, Lauri. They have two boys, Michael, 25, and Daniel, 22. Michael signed on as Sales Representative for the Company in Jan. '05 and Daniel is a student at Texas A&M University.

Jeff's hobbies include fishing, welding and metal fabrication, and powerlifting.

RON HILTON Vice President

Ron Hilton provides oversight to the design and implementation portion of the ESS Group activities. After earning a Bachelors degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1976 and a Masters degree in Public Relations, Ron began a career in the design of maintenance facilities. He has spent the last 25 years working with Owners and their design teams to plan and equip their facilities in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible. This in-depth knowledge of equipment and the architectural design process are integral elements of the ESS Group philosophy of being a solutions provider.

Ron's primary responsibility at ESS is system integration and design to support the selection of the proper equipment for the intended function.

DENNIE RIFFETT Vice President

Dennie Riffett brings to ESS Group 25+ years in the manufacturing field covering all levels of the workforce from machining to management. A feat he says is credited to his philosophy of "the three F's: Be Firm. Be Fair. Be Friendly." Riffett grew up in Ohio, moved to Texas- and never looked back. He spent 22 years with Bettis Corporation, and after a few years with a local manufacturer, formed ESS Group with Jeff Ross in Brenham. Dennie shares in Jeff's vision to be the best/biggest dealer of products by providing true service to all clients and the best product on the market.
